Join our Jewish womens(ch) group…

What is it? A FREE hour-long facilitated women’s group for Jewish women who are looking for a place to talk.

Why? The Jewish world is in crisis right now and many Jewish women are overwhelmed, isolated and feeling guilty that they aren’t being the woman, the Jewish woman, they are “meant” to be right now. To overcome these thoughts and feelings and step into the woman you really want to be, maybe you need somewhere away from the “noise”, amongst other women on the same journey, to talk at depth and process everything, together.

When is it? Every Thursday, 12.30-1.30pm GMT via Zoom

What do we ask of you? Read the ground rules HERE and show up no later then 12.32pm (when the room is locked).

How do you get signed up?

  • Absolutely. Some people prefer to be in a group with people they don’t know, but this initiative lives and dies on people telling others about it…so please do!

My life often feels like I wake up and don’t stop until I get back into bed. I am pulled in so many directions it’s exhausting. I have seen in my husband how impactful it has been to have a regular space in the diary to slow down, reflect inwards away from family and friends. I knew I needed that for myself too…and I haven’t looked back since.
